Transportation Options:

• Drive: From your location
• Fly: Into Oakland Airport the day before or the day of the event, rent a car, and drive approximately 1.5 hours to Sonoma Treehouse Adventures. We recommend staying at “Springdale Suites by Marriott” near Oakland Airport. It’s convenient for us all to arrive together.

Reservation Deadline: June 21st, 2024

Day 1: Aug 2nd

• 12:00 PM: Check-in begins. Please ensure you have had lunch beforeyour arrival.
• 2:00 PM: Forest Flight Tour – Seven zip lines, 2 bridges, spiral staircase, and rappel.
• 3:30 PM: Nature hike to your designated treehouse with appetizers awaiting.
• 7:00 PM: Dinner served in your treehouse. Choose from ribeye steak, salmon, stuffed chicken breast, or seared duck breast, with vegetarian options available.

Overnight Stay: Each treehouse accommodates 4 people, featuring one queen-size bed, twin bunks, and a compost restroom.

Day 2: Aug 3rd

• Morning: Enjoy a lovely buffet breakfast.
• 10:00 AM: Premiere Treetops Course Seven zip lines, 2 bridges, spiral staircases, and rappels.
• Check-out: Expected around 12:00 PM for those flying out.

Important Information:

• Cost: $550 per person.
• Weight Limits: 250 pounds maximum and 70 pounds minimum.
• Optional Extras: GoPro video footage for $49, and each photo for $10. Guests will receive the SD card capturing their experience.
• Waivers: Sent out after all payments are received.
• Group Size: Minimum of 4 participants per treehouse. If your group has fewer participants, we hope you’re comfortable allowing a single participant to join your group.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancel prior to 15 days out: Sonoma Treehouse retains $200 per house.
  • Between 15 days and seven days: They retain half.
  • Within 7 days: No refund will be provided.
• Travel: Traveling to Sonoma, California, is the responsibility of each participant.
• Payment: All payments can be made directly on the website. Please refrain from calling Sonoma Adventures directly for payments. They will receive one large payment for this group.
